Job summary

Eaton in Sydney seeks a Commissioning Manager / Field Project Manager to lead critical electrical infrastructure projects from installation through to commissioning and handover.

You will manage site delivery, plan resources, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive safe, on-time outcomes while maintaining budget controls and high-quality standards across complex environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience delivering electrical infrastructure, commissioning, construction, or critical power projects.
• Experience managing project delivery, contractors, vendors, risk, and site operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in complex project environments.
• A qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

We're looking for a Commissioning Manager / Field Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical electrical infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity to take ownership of site-based project execution, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver complex projects from installation through to commissioning and handover.

What you'll do

Role

As part of our PMO team, you'll play a critical role in delivering customer projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will:
