Job summary

GSK is recruiting for 12-month contract Sales Representatives to join our Primary Care sales team in Victoria, promoting respiratory or vaccines brands across east and south Victoria. In-field five days a week, with country travel as required, you will drive territory growth and ensure compliant, high-quality engagement with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of field-based sales or equivalent customer-facing experience.
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals in primary care or hospital settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for in-person and virtual engagement.
• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, science, pharmacology or related field.
• Full state driving license and ability to travel across your territory five days per week.
• Demonstrated resilience, coachability and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve territory objectives for promoted medicines.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned to brand strategy.
• Collaborate with peers to drive excellent field execution.
• Track territory performance and manage expenses to meet targets.
• Ensure activities comply with industry and GSK codes.
• In-field five days per week with country travel as required.
