Job summary

Natural Resources Access Regulator is seeking multiple Outreach Officers to work in field-based roles across rural and regional New South Wales. You will engage with communities and stakeholders, drive behaviour change and support environmental outcomes through on-ground activities.

This hands-on role involves travel, relationship building and reporting data using information systems. Hybrid working is supported, with offices in Deniliquin, Albury, Tamworth, Dubbo or Maitland.

Qualifications

• Experience working in field-based, compliance, regulatory, environmental, land management, agricultural or community engagement roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A high level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate complex conversations.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• A self-motivated, proactive approach to work.
