Qualifications

• Have a technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in bulk plant operations, inventory management, chemical handling, blending operations, or oilfield services operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Experience supervising teams and providing operational guidance in fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk plant operations and ensure equipment readiness.
• Manage chemical inventories, spare parts, consumables, and bulk materials.
• Coordinate with engineers and supply chain to replenish stock and maintain optimal levels.
• Supervise bulk blending operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor shipments, transportation activities, and loading/unloading operations.
• Coordinate equipment recertification and ensure HSE compliance.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, technical guidance, and operational support.
• Monitor crew competencies and facilitate training for performance improvement.
• Liaise with third-party inspectors, customers, and client representatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability.
