Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Supervisor I - WBC to provide onsite support in field execution of Liner Hanger equipment. You’ll collaborate with the team to ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery.

The role requires a technical degree and 10+ years of industry experience across product groups, with offshore/onshore experience and readiness for cross-training. You will ensure safety and quality in all activities.

Qualifications

• Technical Degree or preferred qualification.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience across product groups.
• Competent in two or more product groups (wellbore/ completions).
• Proficient in running Liner Hanger systems onshore and offshore.
• Knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and rig operations.
• Able to work in a team and adapt to field opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Review field procedures and sub-assembly diagrams.
• Ensure equipment compatibility with all job components.
• Complete field safety handbooks, run sheets and schematics.
• Provide daily reports and attend SID reviews.
• Perform torque and drag checks for field validation.
• Prepare Run in Hole tallies and pre-job checklists.
• Ensure equipment is packed for safe backload to base.
• Complete post-job paperwork and liaise with office.
• Adhere to Baker Hughes HSE policies and core values.
