CitiPower and Powercor is seeking a Depot Operations Manager to oversee overhead and underground works, leading a skilled field team including contractors and service providers. You will ensure work complies with standards, measure health and safety, environmental compliance, schedule adherence, quality and cost efficiency.

Role requires technical understanding of electrical assets, strong stakeholder communication and a commercial mindset.

Formación

• Proven experience leading skilled field teams and industrial relations.
• Technical understanding of overhead and underground electrical assets.
• Commercial acumen to monitor project performance.
• Knowledge of construction and field services management for HSE, cost and schedule.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-discipline teams and resource partners on electrical projects.
• Ensure resources are used effectively to meet schedule, quality and safety targets.
• Provide site leadership and manage stakeholder communications.
• Support planning across HSE, reliability, HR, contracts and finances.
• Deliver projects within schedule, cost, HSE and quality requirements.
• Develop capabilities of team and contractors for current and future workload.
• Manage overtime and stand-downs balancing HR and financial needs.
