Western Power is seeking a Field Operations Team Leader to guide and empower teams across Kondinin, Katanning and Narrogin depots. You will direct maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning tasks while ensuring efficient use of resources, budgets, and schedules.

You will lead safety and quality initiatives, develop staff, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver reliable service to customers in the South East region.

Competenze

• Proven experience in supervising or managing field operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a diversified operational workforce across multiple locations.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and cost control.

• Lead operational teams to deliver maintenance, repair, construction, overhauls, commissioning, operation and emergency response services.
• Ensure resources, budgets and assets are used efficiently to meet KPIs.
• Coach and develop team members; build strong stakeholder relationships.
