Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Leader to drive the group loss strategy across 760+ stores nationwide and fulfil executive reporting to Head of Profit Protection.

You will coach regional teams, oversee investigations, strengthen inventory controls, partner with security providers and deliver measurable profit protection improvements across our retail network.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across large, geographically dispersed retail networks.
• Strong experience in loss prevention, investigations, and asset protection.
• Ability to translate data insights into practical actions.
• Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive loss strategy across stores and distribution centres.
• Lead investigations into internal theft and misconduct.
• Coach store and operational leaders to strengthen controls.
• Partner with security providers to improve site security.
• Support change initiatives and continuous improvement in profit protection.
