Job summary

Origin Energy is seeking a Senior IT Field Engineer to provide hands-on technology support across the company\u2019s Integrated Gas assets in Queensland. You will work with site-based employees to own technology issues and help maintain critical site services, covering end-user computing, Microsoft 365, mobility, printing, networking and meeting-room tech.

You will collaborate with network, hosting and OT teams, require strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills, and communicate

Qualifications

Experience providing hands-on technology or service-delivery support within a complex enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of end-user technology, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking fundamentals.
Experience managing incidents and service requests through ITSM platforms.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve technology incidents and service requests, ensuring service levels are met.
Coordinate hardware and software installations, moves, adds and changes across site locations.
Support laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, Microsoft 365 and conferencing tech.
Assist OT teams with site infrastructure and SCADA-related issues when required.
Maintain technical documentation and support technology projects and vendors.
