Job summary

Roy Morgan Ltd invites you to join our field interview team. You will visit households in your local community to introduce Roy Morgan, invite participation in important research, and conduct structured interviews using a tablet. This face-to-face role emphasizes rapport, resilience, confidentiality and adherence to safety and privacy protocols.

You'll plan weekly hours, including at least one weekend day, and you will receive full training and ongoing support from field managers.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Ability to interact respectfully with diverse households.
• Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversation with participants and invite them to participate in research.
• Build rapport quickly, handle refusals professionally, and obtain informed consent.
• Conduct accurate, structured interviews using a tablet.
• Record observations, follow safety and privacy protocols, and maintain confidentiality.
• Plan weekly schedule to meet minimum hours, including at least one weekend day.
