Job summary

Hilti Australia seeks a field-based Implementation Specialist to connect customers, sales teams and service experts, delivering high-quality implementations, training and ongoing care at diverse sites across Victoria.

You will train users on desktop and mobile apps, capture asset data, and coordinate with external partners to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation. A degree is preferred but not essential, with travel within the state expected.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or retail/warehousing experience with commercial awareness.
• Strong digital capability and confidence learning new systems (Microsoft Office).
• Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and collaborative approach.
• Willingness to travel within the state and regionally.
• A degree is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Hilti tool service and software implementations at customer sites, coordinating external partners.
• Capture asset data using desktop and smartphone-based systems and tagging processes.
• Train key users on desktop and mobile applications for confident usage.
• Partner with Sales, Back Office, Software and Service Specialists to schedule onsite activity.
• Complete Care visits, troubleshoot enquiries and identify training opportunities.
