Hilti Australia is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across Queensland. You will manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, build a schedule that suits clients, demonstrate our latest tools on the spot, and provide high level consultation.

In this field-based role you’ll develop relationships, manage time and territory, present Hilti solutions, and use Salesforce to record interactions and track progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in any customer facing sales roles.
• Construction industry experience is advantageous.
• Eagerness to learn, motivated and able to work independently.
• Hands-on attitude – demonstrate tools and use Salesforce for tracking.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with customers in the field to capture opportunities.
• Create daily schedules for jobsites and client offices to optimize sales potential.
• Be the Hilti champion with high-level consultations in your territory.
• Track progress with Salesforce to record interactions and sales outcomes.
