Job summary

Hilti Australia is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across New South Wales. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, schedule field visits, and demonstrate Hilti tools on-site to deliver high-value consultations.

Ideal candidates bring experience in customer-facing sales and a willingness to learn within a global construction tech leader. A valid Australian driver’s license is required as a company car is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in any customer facing sales roles.
• Construction industry experience is advantageous.
• Eagerness to learn and work independently.
• Hands-on attitude with tool demonstrations and CRM usage.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Full Australian driver’s license required, company car provided.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships by meeting customers daily in NSW to identify opportunities.
• Create daily schedules to optimize client potential and sales productivity by territory.
• Present Hilti tools with high-level consultations and represent the Hilti brand.
• Record customer interactions and progress in Salesforce for reporting.
