The Works Supervisor is a contract, on-site role based in Griffith, NSW, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction and maintenance activities across assigned projects. This role coordinates site operations, supervises trades and subcontractors, and ensures work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with quality and compliance standards. The Works Supervisor monitors progress, conducts site inspections, and reports on project status, risks, and resource needs to project management and stakeholders. Daily tasks include planning work sequences, verifying materials and workmanship, enforcing health, safety, and environmental procedures, and resolving site issues promptly. The position also involves liaising with clients, inspectors, and internal teams, maintaining detailed records, and supporting continuous improvement in site processes and outcomes.
