Lime is seeking a Community Growth Manager in Sydney to drive courier growth, activation, and rack adoption for Commercial Delivery. This field role involves meeting couriers, coordinating rack logistics, and building local partnerships across hubs, restaurants, and delivery partners.

You will lead community events and tailor actions to drive regional revenue outcomes. You must be based in Sydney with willingness to travel and participate in evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in field growth or hands-on community roles.
• Ability to travel locally and manage logistics.
• Commercial and data-driven mindset for regional revenue.
• Strong relationship-building with couriers and partners.
• Excellent organization across events, inventory, follow-ups and comms.

Responsibilities

• Own regional growth plan with revenue and activation targets.
• Recruit and onboard couriers, explain the offer, help them become active.
• Coordinate rack distribution, logistics, inventory tracking, trials.
• Meet couriers in-field at hubs and partner locations.
• Build relationships with restaurants, ghost kitchens, and delivery partners.
• Plan events, activations, referrals and educational sessions.
• Maintain presence in community channels and connect customers to support.
• Identify barriers to adoption and promising rack locations.
• Gather feedback and inform Product, Ops and Commercial Delivery teams.
• Track performance and adjust field plans based on data.
