Job summary

Good Cycles is seeking an Admin Associate - Logistics Coordination to keep Lime’s e-Bikes and scooters moving across Australia and New Zealand. You will manage freight bookings, compliance paperwork and vendor records, acting as the first contact for ANZ queries.

This casual role offers up to 5 days per week, 9:00am–5:00pm, with a rate of $38.89 per hour under the Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020 (MA000002), Level 3.

Qualifications

• Process freight pick-up and drop-off requests with approved carriers.
• Prepare and file freight compliance paperwork, including DG declarations.
• Maintain accurate parts, freight and vendor master data.
• Prepare import/export documentation for trans-Tasman movements.
• Act as first point of contact for ANZ freight and parts queries.
• Raise purchase orders and track orders to receipt.

Responsibilities

• Process freight pick-up and drop-off requests from ANZ sites and book them with approved carriers.
• Issue consignment notes and labels, and confirm collection and delivery windows with sites.
• Update the freight tracker daily with ETAs, costs and exceptions, and escalate delays or damage early.
• Prepare, check and file all freight compliance paperwork before goods move.
• Complete dangerous goods declarations for lithium battery shipments and packing declarations.
• Prepare import/export documentation for trans-Tasman movements, liaising with customs brokers as needed.
• Maintain the document register so every shipment is fully traceable and audit-ready.
• Support administrative processing of parts orders for the ANZ region.

Job description

The Admin Associate - Logistics Coordination role keeps parts and vehicles (e-Bikes and Scooters) moving to support Lime across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) by running freight bookings, compliance paperwork, parts ordering administration and vendor records accurately and on time. This casual role is the first point of contact for freight and parts queries from ANZ sites. It gives the Operations Manager, In-Warehouse Sydney a reliable, traceable record of every shipment, order and supplier, so field teams have the parts and fleet they need and Lime stays compliant with dangerous goods and trans-Tasman requirements.

This is a casual position with up to 5 days available per week (Monday - Friday).

Shift times are 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

$38.89 per hour - as per the Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020 (MA000002) at Level 3.

Key responsibilities

• Process freight pick-up and drop-off requests from ANZ sites and book them with approved carriers
• Issue consignment notes and labels, and confirm collection and delivery windows with sites
• Update the freight tracker daily with ETAs, costs and exceptions, and escal delays or damage early
• Prepare, check and file all freight compliance paperwork before goods move
• Complete dangerous goods declarations for lithium battery shipments (UN3480 / UN3481), packing declarations and SDS packs
• Prepare import and export documentation for trans-Tasman movements, working with customs brokers as needed
• Maintain the document register so every shipment is fully traceable and audit-ready
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to support administrative processing of parts orders for the ANZ region
• Raise purchase orders, confirm order acknowledgements and track orders through to receipt
• Maintain parts, freight and vendor master data: SKUs, supplier references, unit costs, lead times and contacts

About you

• Ability to process freight pick-up and drop-off requests and book with approved carriers
• Ability to prepare and file freight compliance paperwork
• Knowledge of dangerous goods declarations for lithium battery shipments
• Experience with import and export documentation for trans-Tasman movements
• Ability to maintain accurate parts, freight and vendor master data
• Ability to act as first point of contact for freight and parts queries from ANZ stakeholders
