Job summary

Lime in Sydney is expanding its Commercial Delivery program and seeking a Community Growth Manager for a 12-month fixed-term role. You will be in-market meeting couriers, distributing racks, and engaging local partners to drive growth and rack adoption.

This field-based position requires regular in-person work across Sydney, with events that may occur in evenings or weekends. You will translate learnings into practical actions that boost regional revenue and customer activation.

Qualifications

• Experience in field growth or hands-on community programs.
• Ability to build partnerships with local brands, restaurants, and hubs.
• Comfort working in a field-heavy role with frequent travel and non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the regional growth plan with revenue and rack-adoption targets.
• Recruit and onboard couriers; explain the Commercial Delivery offer; drive activation.
• Coordinate rack distribution, logistics, inventory tracking, and practical rack use guidance.
• Meet couriers at hubs, ghost kitchens, and other high-potential locations.
• Build relationships with local partners and community organizations to grow the program.
• Plan and run events, activations, and referral programs.
• Maintain an active presence in community channels and connect customers to Customer Success when needed.
• Identify barriers to adoption and ideal locations for program infrastructure.
• Gather courier feedback and translate into recommendations for Product and Ops.
• Track regional performance and adjust field plans based on data.
