Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing complex repairs at customer sites.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and following documented procedures.
• Performs preventative maintenance on power generation products in the field.
• Documents service activities and maintains records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and develops productive customer relations and ensures prompt attention to needs.
• Applies specialized tools and follows documented procedures to diagnose and complete complex repairs at customer sites.
• Performs preventative maintenance per schedules on power generation products.
• Escalates unresolved issues to product specialists or supervisor.
• Coaches technicians/apprentices and transfers knowledge.
• Completes documentation such as service worksheets, timesheets and warranty claims.
• Maintains service vehicle and tools for cleanliness and operation.
• Communicates effectively with diverse audiences and focuses on customer needs.
• Demonstrates health and safety best practices on site.
