Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Service Technician - Electrical at our Braeside Depot to keep Victorian customers powered with reliable maintenance and support.

You will perform planned maintenance, safety inspections, fault-finding, and installation/decommissioning of generators and temperature control equipment, while delivering practical technical advice to customers. This role offers overtime opportunities and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold an A Grade Electrical License.
• Relevant experience in an industrial environment or equivalent.
• Forklift License is advantageous but not essential.
• Valid Driver’s License is required to operate vehicle and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute planned maintenance and repair programs to uphold safe operation of assets.
• Conduct safety inspections in line with Aggreko standards.
• Provide first-level technical advice to customers and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform routine electrical servicing and general equipment maintenance.
• Conduct generator, load bank, distribution and battery system fault-finding and repair.
• Install and decommission Aggreko's generators and temperature control equipment.

Skills

A Grade Electrical License

Industrial electrical experience

Valid Driver's License

Forklift License (preferred)
