You will use specialized tools and documented procedures to troubleshoot and complete repairs, while maintaining documentation, coaching junior technicians, and upholding health and safety standards in the field.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and develops productive customer relations, ensuring prompt attention to customer needs.
• Diagnoses and completes complex repairs at customer site using specialized tools.
• Performs preventative maintenance on field power generation products.
• Escalates unresolved issues to product specialists or supervisor.
• Coaches technicians and apprentices; may review repair plans and parts lists.
• Completes service documentation in business systems.
• Maintains service vehicle and tools; adheres to health and safety policies.
