Job summary

Harmony Australasia seeks a Field Engineer to translate Issued for Construction drawings into practical work packs for on-site construction activities in Australia. You will be the critical link between engineering design and project execution, working with construction teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient delivery to schedule.

This site-based, maximum-term role is aligned with the Eva Copper project completion, with a 14 days on / 7 days off roster and DIDO from local

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years construction experience.
• Ability to operate in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate IFC drawings into practical, constructable work packs.
• Ensure on-site works comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Serve as focal point for design clarification and ad hoc design tasks.
• Prepare documentation for standards, safe working practices, and monitoring regimes.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers and project stakeholders to meet goals.
