Job summary

CGL – Retail Services in Victoria seeks a Team Leader to drive execution of client plans across Sales and Merchandising teams. You will coach field representatives, boost sales performance, and manage relationships with Area and Zone Managers across Grocery, Mass and Convenience channels.

The role is ideal for an experienced people leader from Retail or Field Marketing, with the ability to coach remotely and travel within VIC as needed.
