Qualifications

• Experience managing field-based resources in a medium to large services business.
• Delivery of projects safely, on time and to required quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field-based activities across assigned contracts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Conduct regular field audits with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Ensure Safe Work Method Statements and Technical Work Instructions are followed.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Address defective workmanship and coordinate rectification works.
• Manage field and contractor escalations with management, SHEQ and clients.
• Investigate customer complaints and ensure appropriate actions are completed.
