Job summary

Genus Services in Sydney is seeking an experienced Field Contract Manager to oversee field aspects of telecommunications contracts. You will work with project teams, clients and subcontractors to monitor delivery, audits, and contractor performance, ensuring safety and quality.

Key responsibilities include conducting field audits, ensuring SWMS/TWIs are followed, and addressing any non-conformances. A strong focus on safety and client satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing field-based resources in a medium to large services business.
• Experience delivering projects safely, on time and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field-based activities across assigned contracts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Conduct regular field audits with a focus on safety and quality.
• Ensure Safe Work Method Statements and Technical Work Instructions are followed.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Manage field and contractor escalations with management, SHEQ and clients.
• Investigate customer complaints and ensure rectification works are completed.
