Bechtel Corporation in Australia’s Eva Copper project seeks a Civil and Concrete Supervisor to oversee direct hire and contractor activities on site. You will monitor construction, ensure ES&H compliance, and coordinate with engineers, clients and stakeholders to maintain schedule quality.

Strong background in bulk excavation, concrete pours and formwork is essential. The role requires an engineering background (preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in civil/concrete works on industrial

Qualifications

• Recognized engineering degree preferred or 5+ years civil/concrete experience.
• Experience with large-scale bulk excavation and concrete pours.
• Thorough knowledge of safety standards and codes; ES&H practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with client, contractors and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead contractors and project teams; exercise sound technical judgment.
• Knowledge of complex formwork systems and foundations for major equipment.

Responsabilités

• Construction monitoring and compliance of direct hire and sub-contractors per drawings and standards.
• Coordinate performance of installation contractors, schedule, cost control, and change management.
• Interface with engineers, client and stakeholders on earthworks and foundation works.
• Ensure look-ahead planning and material delivery schedules support front-end construction.
• Review and approve submittals, technical queries, field changes and As-Builts.
