Job summary

Bechtel is leading the Eva Copper Project in Queensland, Australia, delivering EPC for the process plant and non-process infrastructure. The Concrete Supervisor will oversee direct hire and contractor activities on site, ensuring ES&H compliance, quality, and schedule adherence while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Based in Cloncurry on a 2:1 roster, the role requires a recognized engineering degree and 10+ years in civil and concrete works, with proven leadership of large-scale

Qualifications

• Recognized engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of civil and concrete experience.
• Experience with large-scale bulk excavation and pours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor direct hire and subcontractor work per drawings, specs, and safety codes.
• Coordinate performance, schedule, and cost-control with contractors.
• Interface with client, engineers, and stakeholders across earthworks and foundations.
• Review submittals, technical queries, and field changes; approve documentation.
• Maintain coordination across all jobsite activities and interfaces with other groups.
