You will travel to agent sites, grow gross margin, and collaborate with internal sales teams to seize new market opportunities while ensuring high standards of operations and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in account and channel management within B2B/industrial sectors.
• Strong relationship-building with agents, distributors and internal teams.
• Proven ability to drive margin, retention and market growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Agent and Distributor network across Perth and WA.
• Build commercial relationships with agents, distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new agent and distributor opportunities and drive market growth.
• Increase gross margin and customer retention through channel initiatives.
• Develop sales and marketing initiatives to support channel growth.
• Support appliance and industrial equipment sales through the network.
• Conduct regular site visits, stock checks and safety audits.
• Ensure storage, handling, admin and site compliance standards are met.
• Share best practices across the WA channel to drive growth and safety.
