Job summary

Coreserve Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Service Technician to service client sites across Sydney and regional NSW. You will perform reactive repairs, preventative maintenance and fault-finding across a broad range of commercial refrigeration equipment, including cool rooms, display fridges and ice machines.

The role requires a refrigeration trade qualification, a valid refrigerant handling licence, and a current electrical licence, with travel across NSW.

Qualifications

• A current refrigeration trade qualification.
• A current refrigerant handling licence.
• A current Restricted Electrical Licence.
• At least three years’ relevant commercial refrigeration experience.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience servicing commercial refrigeration equipment.
• A current unrestricted driver’s licence.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
• Professional approach and pride in your workmanship.
• Willingness to build trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
• Own tools of trade, preferably.
• Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on commercial refrigeration and catering equipment.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
• Identify practical, cost-effective solutions for clients.
• Provide clear advice regarding equipment condition, repairs and replacement requirements.
• Complete accurate job reports and documentation using Simpro.
• Communicate effectively with clients, office staff and the wider technical team.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant safety requirements and manufacturer specifications.
• Participate in an on-call roster.
