Job summary

Coreserve Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Catering Equipment Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial catering equipment at customer sites across Australia.

You will work independently on gas, electrical and electromechanical faults, perform preventative maintenance, and document service reports while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commercial catering equipment service and repair experience.
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience working with commercial gas and electrically heated catering equipment.
• Ability to independently diagnose equipment faults.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled and reactive service calls at customer sites.
• Diagnose faults in commercial catering equipment.
• Repair gas, electrical and electromechanical catering equipment.
• Complete preventative and planned maintenance.
• Test equipment after repairs to ensure safe operation.
• Record parts used or required and report findings.
• Carry out commissioning and functional testing where appropriate.
• Diagnose intermittent and complex faults.
• Minimise repeat calls through accurate diagnosis and quality workmanship.
• Provide professional customer service at all times.
