Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business development or field-based sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiating, and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and secure new business opportunities across medical and commercial sectors.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with state and national growth objectives.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support territory expansion and sales activity.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, converting leads into long-term customers.
• Promote Med-X services including clinical waste, hygiene, sharps, and ancillary solutions.
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, proposals, and tender discussions.
• Represent the business at networking events, conferences, and industry functions.
• Work with Operations, Compliance, Customer Service, Finance and Field Services to ensure onboarding and service delivery.
