701 Recruitment Pty Ltd is recruiting multiple Business Development Executives for a leading waste management solutions provider across Australia. Roles are predominantly on-the-road, based in Brisbane CBD, requiring regular client visits, door knocking and face-to-face meetings to generate new business across Queensland.

We are seeking self-motivated, confident and driven individuals who enjoy field work, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or customer service.
• Confident, proactive and motivated personality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, door knocking and generating new business.
• Willing to travel for regular client visits and face-to-face meetings.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct cold calling, door knocking and face-to-face client meetings.
• Regularly travel to meet prospective and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and develop tailored waste management solutions.
• Develop an understanding of the waste industry and relevant disposal regulations.
• Generate solution-focused proposals aligned with customer requirements.
• Develop new business opportunities across Queensland.
• Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
