701 Recruitment is currently recruiting multiple Business Development Officer roles for a leading provider of sustainable waste management solutions across Australia. Based in Brisbane CBD, these are predominantly on-the-road positions, focused on meeting prospective clients and generating new business across Queensland.

We are looking for self-motivated, confident individuals with strong communication skills, ready to travel and build long-term client relationships in a vibrant team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and door-to-door/face-to-face meetings.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct cold calling, door knocking and face-to-face client meetings.
• Regularly travel to meet prospective and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and develop tailored waste management solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities across Queensland.
• Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
