Job summary

Linde is seeking a commercially focused Agent Channel Manager to join the Commercial team in Canning Vale, WA. The role focuses on retention, growth and performance of the Agent and Distributor network across Perth and wider WA.

You will spend time visiting agent and distributor locations, building strong partnerships, driving margin growth and ensuring operations are safe and compliant with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer focus and ability to build trusted relationships with agents, distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Commercially driven with a focus on retention, growth, margin improvement and customer outcomes.
• Confident negotiating agreements, resolving issues and managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Agent and Distributor network across Perth and wider WA.
• Build strong commercial relationships with agents, distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new Agent and Distributor opportunities and drive market growth.
• Drive gross margin growth, customer retention and new customer acquisition through the channel.
• Develop sales and marketing initiatives to support channel growth and use of allocated budgets.
• Support appliance, industrial equipment and allied product sales through the network.
• Conduct regular site visits, stock checks and safety audits at agent and distributor locations.
• Ensure storage, handling, administration and site compliance requirements are understood and maintained.
• Share best practice across the WA channel to support consistency, growth and safe operations.
