Job summary

You will promote a safety‑first culture, manage day‑to‑day workforce, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with business objectives and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational or engineering teams in service delivery or service restoration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business results.
• Ability to promote a safety‑first culture and manage risk within field operations.
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and meeting KPIs/SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Technicians and Engineers across field activities.
• Manage day-to-day workforce to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote safety and risk controls across field operations.
• Travel as required to support the team and customer sites.
