Adbri Masonry is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced project site manager to join our Contracting Services team. Based at the Stapylton Masonry plant on the Gold Coast, you will manage site projects offering supply, design, and installation for our masonry products.

You will lead a small team of project site managers and project engineers across Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales, ensuring client expectations and contract requirements are met while supporting sales and product

Formación

• 4–5 years' experience in project site management.
• Experience in landscaping, masonry or construction.
• Understanding of landscape products and installation methods.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a geographically diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Sales experience or willingness to be involved in the sales process.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites in and around Queensland and interstate.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial on-site checks prior to project commencement.
• Day to day management of projects including liaising with subcontractors and management of material delivery and costs.
• Maintain solid working relationships with clients.
• Carry out Quoting and Estimating.
• Ensure product is supplied and/or installed to meet clients’ expectations.
• Source and qualify local subcontractors to support the installation component of our projects.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with all site and company safety requirements.
• Deliver training to subcontractors to improve product knowledge, construction best practice principles and safety standards.
• Promote sales of and offer technical support for Adbri Masonry products.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes.
