Job summary

Hilti Australia is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, build strong relationships, and drive sales on site. You will own your schedule, visit jobsites and client offices, and demonstrate our tools while delivering high-level customer consultation.

You’ll harness Salesforce for activity tracking, manage territory plans, and grow your career in a global company with development opportunities, expatriate options, and a robust bonus program.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction or Architecture is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in any customer facing roles.
• Motivated and capable of working independently.
• Hands-on attitude – you'll be demonstrating our tools to customers and using Salesforce to track activity.
• Experience in the Construction industry or related industries is advantageous.
• Time management, planning and prioritization skills.
• Maintain a valid full Australian driver’s license – company car provided.
• Willing to be internationally or domestically mobile.

• Create daily schedules and manage territories to optimize sales potential.
• Be a Hilti Champion by presenting high-level consultations and representing the Hilti brand.
