Job summary

Adora Fertility Pty is seeking a patient services administrator to join our NSW NSW network in Surry Hills. You will be the welcoming first point of contact, handling reception tasks, billing and scheduling while supporting our team of specialists, GPs, nurses and embryologists, and most importantly our patients.

Qualifications

• Previous demonstrated work experience in a medical or specialist environment.
• Knowledge of Genie, Medicare and Private Health Fund billing (desirable).
• Vibrant and professional attitude focused on exceptional patient care and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patients and assist with reception tasks.
• Assist with billing and scheduling for a medical team including specialists and nurses.
• Provide support to the team and patients to navigate fertility treatment pathways.
• Utilise systems to support patient care and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Maintain a friendly, patient‑focused and proactive service approach.
