Job summary

City Fertility is seeking a Patient Services Administrator on the Gold Coast to support patients through their fertility journey. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries with empathy and professionalism and guiding patients through appointments and pathways.

You will manage registrations, prepare fee estimates, assist with billing in line with Medicare guidelines, and maintain accurate records while upholding privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Year 12 qualification or equivalent.
• At least 12 months experience in office administration or reception; medical administration is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-point-of-contact service to patients with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage patient appointment scheduling, registration, and pathway coordination.
• Prepare accurate, individualised fee estimates and assist with billing in line with guidelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and data entry in privacy-compliant systems.
• Support daily banking, invoicing, and debt collection with attention to detail.
• Assist with audits, accreditation reporting, and compliance activities.
