Job summary

Home Care Assistance Central Coast is seeking a female Care Worker for casual or part-time roles across Wyee, Erina, Pearl Beach and surrounding areas. You will support elderly clients and people with disabilities with personal care, companionship, transport and domestic tasks, in a flexible, client-focused setting on the Central Coast.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care), and are willing to obtain First Aid/CPR and NDIS Worker Orientation if

Qualifications

• Must have Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care).
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable smartphone with data and a valid driver’s licence are compulsory.
• Comprehensive car insurance is compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with general domestic tasks, personal care and meal preparation.
• Providing companionship, emotional and social support.
• Providing transport services.
• Ensuring the safety of clients during the service and supporting their needs.

About the Role:

Experience:

• Manual handling: Preferred but not necessary

• A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) (requirement)

• NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Compulsory or willing to obtain)
