Home Care Assistance Sydney East is seeking a Female Care Worker (Casual or Permanent) to support elderly and disabled clients in Sydney East and surrounding areas. The role focuses on personal care, companionship, meal prep and safe transport.

The ideal candidate is 18+, holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care), First Aid/CPR, NDIS Orientation, and a current Australian driver’s license with smartphone data. Flexible shifts and ongoing training are provided in a supportive team.

About the Role:

Candidates must be 18+ years of age to be considered for this position.

As a Care Worker, you'll support our clients in their own homes and out in the community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with general domestic tasks, personal care and meal preparation.
• Providing companionship, emotional and social support.
• Providing Transport services.
• Ensuring the safety of clients during the service and supporting their needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A reliable smartphone with data (Compulsory).
• A current Australian driver's licence (Compulsory).
• Comprehensive car insurance (Compulsory).
• Police Check (National Police Certificate) or willingness to undergo as part of the employment process.

Experience:

• Manual handling: Preferred but not necessary

Licence/Certification:

• A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care);
• First Aid / CPR Certification (Compulsory or willing to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Compulsory or willing to obtain)
