Job summary

Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is seeking experienced Personal Care Workers on the NSW Central Coast to provide compassionate in-home support. Roles are casual, part-time and full-time, with hourly pay ranging from 34.92 to 45.79 AUD plus super and kilometres, depending on duties and schedule.

Training and development opportunities are offered in a flexible, caring environment. You'll support clients with daily living, follow care plans, work with families and the care team, and help

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability Services, Community Services, or related experience.
• A current Australian National Police Check.
• A First Aid and CPR certificate.
• A full Australian driver's licence and a reliable, insured car.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organisation.
• Great written and verbal communication.
• A love of learning and growing in your career.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with daily living: personal hygiene, nutrition and mobility.
• Following care plans and spotting what clients need before they have to ask.
• Teaming up with clients, families and the wider care team.
• Following the policies and procedures that keep everyone safe in a client's home.
• Lending a hand with light housekeeping so clients can look after themselves with confidence.
