Job summary

PCFS Logistics in Sydney is seeking a FCL/LCL Allocator & Customer Service Operator to coordinate transport allocations and provide day-to-day client support in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will apply knowledge of container transport, import/export processes, and scheduling to coordinate trucks and drivers while delivering excellent service and maintaining accuracy. This role offers stability and real growth within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in FCL/LCL transport, freight forwarding, logistics or transport operations.
• Strong knowledge of container transport and the import/export process.
• Experience allocating trucks, drivers or transport jobs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
