Job summary

Jobtailor Australia is seeking a seasoned Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end overseas LCL and FCL shipments from supplier dispatch through arrival. You will collate documents, coordinate with 3PLs, and maintain ERP data to support accurate stock management.

The role requires formal certification in supply chain or logistics, 5+ years in logistics, and strong Incoterms/compliance knowledge. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Formal certification in supply chain or logistics.
• 5+ years of professional logistics or supply chain experience.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms and import/export procedures.
• Experience in high-volume transactional environments.
• Hands-on ERP experience for inventory, purchasing and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end administrative process for overseas LCL and FCL shipments.
• Collate, check, and maintain shipping, commercial, and customs documentation.
• Prioritise and manage multiple concurrent shipments and customer requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to obtain docs and updates.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between supplier docs, POs and shipment details.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and report on stock movements.
• Identify process improvements to maximise performance and reduce costs.
