Job summary

Alliance Group Training Organisation (AGTO) is offering a paid, full-time apprenticeship in Commercial Cookery in Adelaide. From day one you earn award wages and train in a real Adelaide kitchen under a qualified chef.

The program finishes with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery in 30 months, instead of 48, with training time off the floor and a dedicated Field Officer to support you. This Australian Apprenticeship pathway is delivered with industry partners.

Qualifications

• Paid, full-time apprenticeship from day one.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery after 30 months.
• Uniform and protective equipment supplied.

Responsibilities

• Work in a real Adelaide kitchen under supervision from a qualified chef.
• Support station duties and learn basic cookery techniques in a fast-paced environment.
