Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through both online and offline channels, while assisting with marketing and promotional activities.
• Participate in comprehensive training covering financial markets, foreign exchange (FX), trading strategies, platform operations, and risk management.
• Client Relationship Management: Respond to client enquiries professionally and build long‑term relationships by providing excellent customer service and ongoing support.
• Market Research & Feedback: Gather client feedback, monitor market trends, and provide insights to support continuous improvement of products and services.
• Goal Achievement: Work towards individual performance targets while continuously developing your sales, communication, and financial market knowledge.
