Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Family Services Partner to support families and centres with enrolment, accounts and childcare information. You will handle enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, delivering friendly, accurate service that upholds our quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, administration or contact centre environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence managing data and customer information.
• The ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support families and centres with a wide range of enquiries via phone, email and digital channels.
• Assist with enrolment, childcare subsidy, account and centre-related enquiries.
• Accurately processing customer requests and maintaining records across multiple systems.
• Build positive relationships through empathetic, professional communication.
• Meet service and quality standards while contributing to team performance goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to continuously improve the customer experience.
