Blacktown City Council is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support families navigating their childcare journey with Kids’ Early Learning. You will be the first point of contact, answering enquiries by phone and email, explaining enrolment processes and assisting families with fees and account enquiries.

You will also process enrolments, update records and coordinate with centres to keep information accurate and up to date.
