Job summary

C&K Association is seeking a proactive Family Engagement and Growth Manager to design and implement enrolment systems across our Queensland childcare services. You will own the end-to-end enrolment process, improve lead conversion and foster strong family relationships to support occupancy growth.

You’ll work with autonomy to create scalable processes, monitor outcomes, and partner with centre leaders and Marketing to deliver sustainable enrolment targets and exceptional family experiences.

The Family Engagement and Growth Manager (internally known asFamily Engagement Specialist)will play a key role in building the systems, processes and strategies needed to strengthen enrolments across our childcare services. We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded professional who can establish new enrolment systems and processes from the ground up, improve lead management and conversion, and create consistent ways of working across our services. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you’ll take ownership of developing and implementing practical solutions that support sustainable occupancy growth, strengthen family engagement and help more children and families access the benefits of a C&K education.

You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by:

• Building enrolment systems from the ground up by designing, implementing and embedding the processes, tools and frameworks needed to manage enquiries, lead pipelines, waitlists and family follow‑up consistently across our services.
• Taking ownership of the enrolment process end to end, independently managing new set up of systems and process, implementing solutions and monitoring outcomes to ensure systems are effective, opportunities are converted and enrolment targets are achieved.
• Driving enrolment growth by identifying opportunities, strengthening family relationships and improving conversion rates to support occupancy and sustainable service growth.
• Creating an exceptional family experience by streamlining the enrolment journey, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and building strong relationships with centre leaders and key stakeholders.
• Using data to drive performance and continuous improvement by tracking leads, conversion rates and enrolment trends, identifying barriers and opportunities, and implementing improvements in partnership with centre leaders and Marketing.

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Current Police Check and Driver’s Licence
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate
• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, customer engagement or enrolment management, with a track record of driving growth and achieving results.
• The ability to work autonomously, use initiative and create systems and processes that improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence and convert opportunities into outcomes.
• Qualifications in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field (highly regarded).
