C&K Association in Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to help shape the future of our services. You will work with teams across the organisation to turn data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.

This full-time, 12-month fixed-term role focuses on strengthening centres, improving processes and delivering outcomes for children and families through evidence-based practice.

Formación

• Bachelor-level or higher qualification in business, economics, accounting or commerce.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting business needs.
• Proven ability to map and improve business processes and workflows.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Current Blue Card and Police Check or willingness to obtain.

This full-time, 12-month fixed-term role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping our centres remain strong, sustainable and focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for children and families.

In this role you'll:

What you'll bring

• Tertiary qualifications in business, economics, accounting or commerce preferable.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in business process improvement and requirements gathering.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Current Blue Card and Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in education, not-for-profit or community services desirable but not essential
