Job summary

Mills Group in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Factory Supervisor to run the signage production floor, ensuring jobs move safely, on time and to a high standard. You will lead a team of permanent and casual staff, plan daily production across print, finishing and dispatch, and uphold WHS and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a production or factory team (print, signage or manufacturing ideal).
• Strong planning and organisation — comfortable juggling competing deadlines.

• Sound WHS knowledge and a safety-first mindset.
